Depending on the vacancy, the recruitment part may contain work with specialised head hunting agencies, recruiting through our local or international network, newspaper and internet ads and also searching to our spontaneous applications database.
The selection process usually consists in several interviews and tests, specific to the position to be filled. While for graduates and interns the focus is on technical skills, potential and interest for development, with the more senior candidates we expect to find solid technical knowledge and experience, entrepreneurial mentality and team development skills. Of course, the positive and proactive attitude is essential at all levels.
