Workshop: Amendments to the Tax Code and Methodological Norms

Following the recent amendments to the Romanian Tax Code and related Methodological Norms (particularly in the sphere of VAT and various incomes), we are delighted to invite you to the workshop regarding Tax Code amendments organised by Mazars on 29 January 2010. The workshop will mainly approach practical case studies and will include as well a section dedicated to Transfer Pricing documentation.

Following the recent amendments to the Romanian accounting legislation brought by Order of Ministry of Public Finance no. 3055/2009 (abrogating the provisions of Order no. 1752/2005) and by Order of the Ministry of Public Finance no. 2861/2009 (abrogating the provisions of Order no. 1753/2004), we are delighted to invite you to the seminar regarding the amendments brought to the accounting and inventory regulations, organised by Mazars on 10 December 2009. During this seminar the amendments brought to the Tax Code effective as of 1 January 2010 will be debated as well.
