The year 2011 has ushered in major amendments to labour law and social security. The latest amendment of the Labour Code under Law 40 / 2011, regarding working relationships, may have significant impact on your business.
30 April 2011 means, inter alia, for employers:
- compulsory amendment of Employment Contracts and of the Internal Regulation,
- changes in overtime rules,
- sustained controls performed by inspectors of the Territorial Labour Inspectorate.
