Cătălina joined the firm in 2005 and she boasts an experience of more than 17 years in offering consultancy to clients from various industries. Her main expertise consists in offering HR consultancy, updates in labour legislation, planning, organizing, coordinating and controlling, time management and employee relations, budgeting, training and recruiting.
Cătălina is a regular speaker at business events, a writer of thought leadership articles on labour law, as well as a trainer at different seminars and workshops.
Cătălina is a graduate of The Ecological University of Bucharest, with a degree in Law. She is an HR Expert certified by the Ministry of Labour and member of the National Union of Experts in Labour Law (U.N.E.L.M.). Wanting to further improve her knowledge, Cătălina also attended the HR Business Partner training under the license of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
