Mazars Romania and Mazars Germany are happy to invite you, on November 28th, to a business breakfast on international taxation.
The event is dedicated in particular to companies part of German groups operating in Romania and offers an insighton the application of the new anti-avoidance measures in both countries, starting from the German practice.
Although Romania was one of the first EU countries to implement the directive from 1st of January 2018, the legal changes triggered by the directive, such as the new exit charges, are not familiar to a large number of Romanian taxpayers.
Our goal is to raise awareness on the anti-avoidance measures and help companies identify potential tax risks.
Main topics discussed:
Challenges for Romanian subsidiaries and German mother companies caused by ATAD;
The Romanian perspective on the local implementation of the ATAD and its impact in the context of the German implementation;
Romanian transfer pricing legislation in the context of anti-abuse measures in the ATAD era.
