I consider myself an adaptable person, but I also need flexibility to have results that I am proud of, and at Mazars I appreciate the fact that I can alternate learning processes with performance ones. Moreover, I have the opportunity to solve various tasks both alone, to work on my own, and with colleagues. No one day is like another. I think that this dynamism arouses the interest to start a new day, being curious about what challenges you might encounter along the way.

I think Mazars can best be described by the words "feel" and "communicate." If you feel that you need a higher level of responsibility, you can always communicate your desire and receive new tasks that will help you evolve. Instead, if you feel the need to take a break, through the empathy of those around you have the opportunity to recharge your batteries and then come back with renewed strength.

It's a nice feeling when you've successfully completed a day of work and you can go back to your personal plans, but it's even better when you don't feel the need to put a big wall between "you", the one at work, and „you”, the one with hobbies, aspirations and desires. The fact that you can share the things that define you and be authentic with your office colleagues makes time go by much faster and tasks seem easier, with the support of those around you.
