Corporate Governance - Leadership in transition and the post-pandemic reality

In the context of the launch of Mazars study "Board Transformation: Leadership in transition, how boards and directors are adapting to a post-pandemic reality", Mazars and CCIFER, powered by ZF, organized an event dedicated to local best practices that highlights the opportunities and challenges facing Romanian companies and implicitly their board members in the specific context of the economic reality.

The event panel, consisting of board members with experience in a variety of industries, have analysed the main changes that businesses have adopted following the pandemic context and benchmark the international trends revealed from the Mazars study and the local practices.

The event took place online, on January 26 between 09:00 and 10:45.
