Mazars Romania recruits more than 60 young graduates and experienced professionals
Mazars Romania announces a recruitment campaign aimed at employing more than 60 young graduates and experienced professionals, following the development of all the business lines - Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory and Accounting & Payroll Outsourcing.
René Schöb, Country Managing Partner, Mazars Romania: “Our organization is growing rapidly and we start many new projects. We are looking for the young talented and exceptionally motivated people willing to join us, make a difference and have a remarkable start or further develop a fulfilling career. When young people studying Economics are ready to make the change from university to a career, we want to be their best option to consider. Mazars is the place where they can advance, encouraged by our entrepreneurial spirit and the continuous and direct support received from the management team. They benefit from our worldwide exposure and 20 years of experience on the Romanian market.”
The recruitment process targets both young graduates with an Economics degree and professionals with at least three years of relevant experience for the positions announced. Candidates will go through several steps, starting with the professional and psychometric tests, followed by an interview with the HR representative and the final interview with the manager with whom the future employee will work. Candidates must fluently speak English, while German or French would be a plus.
Andreea Georgescu, Head of HR, Mazars Romania: "As part of the recruitment campaign, we will be present at the job fairs and shall further develop our partnerships with the students’ associations and the universities. We want to communicate to the potential candidates the most important reasons for considering Mazars the employer of choice. The elements that make the difference between candidates are their attitude and willingness to learn and become experts in their field. We put an important focus on these elements during the selection process.”
According to the latest Mazars Gen Y survey run at the group level, candidates choose to work with Mazars due to the firm’s reputation of a place where people are encouraged and feel part of a thrilling mission, due to the work life balance offered and last but not least, due to the work environment.
